Eclipse Watching Safety

Millions of people in the area will want to take in the once-in-a-lifetime event of Monday's solar eclipse. Doctor Aaron Zimmerman, Clinical Professor of Optometry at Ohio State University, says a reminder is in order to get observers to wear NASA-approved glasses.

Zimmerman says the appropriate type of viewing glasses have a label on the temple frame that reads ISO-12312 dash 2.The solar eclipse be viewed August 21st around 3pm.
