The Pike County Sheriff’s Office and the Community Action Committee of Pike County are proud to announce their continued partnership for the 33rd Annual Halloween Bash. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, extending its hours to run from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pike County Fairgrounds, located at 311 Mill Street in Piketon.

Following the success of last year's collaborative event, the two organizations are once again joining forces to provide a safe, engaging, and memorable evening of holiday-themed activities for residents of all ages.

The 33rd Annual Halloween Bash will feature several exciting attractions:

  •  Art Hall Treats and Resources: Families can explore the Art Hall to discover treats, sweets, and intriguing information provided by participating community partners.
  •  Annual Costume Contest: Hosted in the Multipurpose Building, costume contest registration will run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the main event beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to standout participants.
  •  Haunted House Attraction: Guests seeking an extra thrill can explore the on-site haunted house.

Sheriff Tracy Evans emphasizes that this ongoing collaboration successfully brings the community together in a secure and festive environment, maximizing the activities and safe celebration opportunities available to local families.

Keith Pitts, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Community Action Committee of Pike County, notes that creating unified events is essential for strengthening community bonds and fostering a sense of shared joy among neighbors, friends, and families.
