Law enforcement officials are urging drivers to watch for any vehicles that are pulled over to the side of the road.
"There is a state law now that does state if you see any flashing lights on the side of the road, whether it be a public safety vehicle, an emergency services vehicle, wrecker ..., you are to slow down or get over if possible," Sgt. Heath Strawser, of the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.
He said there were more than 52,000 failure to yield crashes across the state in 2016.
