Two people were taken to the Ross County Jail after police say the couple was found naked and having sexual relations under the Bridge Street bridge. According to a Chillicothe Police report, authorities found the pair engaged in oral sex directly under the bridge near Bridge Street and Steward Road just before 11 a.m. on June 19th.
Due to the location being outside city limits, a Ross County Sheriff's Deputy arrived and placed both Eric Hardesty, 58, and Kari Simmons, 46, under arrest for public indecency.
