Concerned Neighbor's Call Led to Three Arrests

(Law Enforcement Center, Chillicothe) -- A concerned neighbor led to three arrests on various drug and firearm charges, and a warrant.

Ross County Sheriff George Lavender reports that his office received a call Thursday at about 2:00 p.m. from a concerned neighbor about a suspicious vehicle in a driveway in the 9000 block of State Route 138, near Austin.

Deputies arrived and made contact with one male sitting in and two females standing beside a red Cadillac.  The male was identified as 36-year-old Ryan Pollock and found to have a warrant out of Highland County.

Deputies observed a set of digital scales, and a firearm in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected methamphetamine, the firearm that was found to be stolen out of a Burglary in Ross County, drug abuse instruments, and items used in the Trafficking of Drugs.

Pollock was arrested and charged with Improperly Handling a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, the warrant, and Receiving Stolen Property.

30-year-old Victoria Vest was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. 30-year-old Dona Adkins was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.

Further charges are pending Lab Results.
