Rain has won the day concerning the playing of the Division 2 Baseball District Championships at Ohio University, Wednesday. Tournament Manager Wayne Horsley has notified iHeart Media Sports that both games will be moved to Thursday, May 17th.
That means, the Hillsboro vs Circleville game will be at 5pm Thursday, with the Unioto vs Athens game to follow.
Buckeye Country 105.5FM will still be broadcasting the Hillsboro-Circleville game, with airtime at 4:45pm. WCHO FM's iHeart Radio stream also has the game.
94 Country WKKJ will carry the Unioto-Athens game with airtime approximately 15 minutes prior to first-pitch, somewhere between 7:15pm-7:45pm, depending on the length of Game 1. WKKJ's iHeart Radio stream also has the broadcast.
In softball, the D-2 District Semi between Circleville and Waverly has been moved to Mount Logan School, located in Chillicothe.
