Two Injured in Three Vehicle Crash in Pleasant Valley

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle crash that took place along Pleasant Valley Road in Ross County, Wednesday.

According to the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Briana Murphy, 21, of Chillicothe, was traveling westbound on Pleasant Valley, in the area of Larrick Lane, when her 1999 Dodge Ram sideswiped a 2010 Dodge Journey, operated by Amanda Carroll, 32, of Chillicothe.

Ms. Murphy’s vehicle then continued on, where it then collided with a 2014 Chevy Cruze, driven by Nancy Cook, 81, of Chillicothe, who was attempting a left turn into a private drive.

Ms. Murphy and Mrs. Cook each sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the crash. They were transported by ground units to Adena Regional Medical Center for treatment.
