Former Pickaway Corrections Officer Charged with Impersonating Police

A former Pickaway County corrections officer is facing felony charges after being arrested for impersonating a police officer.

Court records released yesterday show 26-year-old Casey Donavan Williams was arrested on April 9th in Whitehall after being found asleep wearing a gun and a fake badge in a sedan with red and blue lights.

Officials say Williams told officers he worked for the Glenmont Police Department, the Pickaway Sheriff's Office, and security company Cleveland Watchmen.

Williams is charged with third-degree felony impersonating a police officer and was released on his own recognizance after a court hearing.
