Ariana Grande and James Corden enjoy life after lockdown in a hilarious Late Late Show skit.

During Tuesday night’s (June 15) broadcast of Corden’s late-night talk show, the “God is a Woman” superstar makes a special musical appearance to sing and celebrate COVID-19 lockdowns being lifted as more people get their vaccines.

In the three-minute skit, titled “No Lockdowns Anymore,” the stars take to the streets to rejoice as businesses begin to reopen and people are outside and enjoying life again after being advised to stay at home for nearly a year due to the ongoing pandemic.

While dancing through the streets, Grande and Corden sing in the same cadence as Hairspray’s opening number, “Good Morning Baltimore” — and with a satirical, pandemic-era twist.

"Oh, oh, oh, woke up today, feeling OK, wow, this is new!" Corden opens the spoof as he walks out into the real world again, dressed in nothing but a bathrobe.

Down the block, Grande steps out in a flashy canary yellow ensemble as she marvels over being able to get her hair done at the salons again before being joined by Broadway star Marissa Jaret Winokur (who starred in the original stage production and the 2007 film adaptation) for an exciting duet.

In the skit's finale, Corden and Grande come together — albeit while blocking traffic — in the middle of the street, singing, "It's what we've been waiting for / to embrace all that life has in store / It's time to make new memories / Once you've got the vaccine / Hug your family, feeling so relieved / No lockdowns, we're free!"
