Alex Rodriguez posted a “super down to earth” photo on Instagram leaning against a red Porsche — seemingly the one he gifted to his ex, Jennifer Lopez.
The vehicle came as a 50th birthday gift to JLo in 2019, when Rodriguez explained that she hadn’t driven in about 25 years. It’s a 2019 red 911 Carrera GTS Porsche that retails for more than $146,000, PEOPLE reported lateThursday night (August 19).
After more than two years, the couple opted to end their engagement in April, saying in a statement that they were “better as friends.” Though they’ve worked to remain friends, Lopez, 52, seemingly cut ties with Rodriguez, 46, on Instagram. Followers noticed that the singer-actress appeared to delete photos from her relationship with he ex-Yankees player, and unfollow his account. Lopez, who recently rekindled her romance with actor Ben Affleck, also reportedly moved to end her relationship with A-Rod as a business partner. Still, Rodriguez dished in an Entertainment Tonight interview this week that that he “had five years of an incredible life and partnership” with Lopez, and that he and his two daughters, ages 16 and 12, “learned so much.”
