Pike County Woman Arrested for Weapons Violations

A Pike County woman was arrested for a weapons violations Friday.

The Southern Ohio Organized and Major Crimes Task Force, along with the Portsmouth Police SWAT Team, served a narcotics-related search warrant at 1311 Smokey Hollow Road near Jasper.

Agents recovered large amounts of suspected methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, cash, and a firearm.

53-year-old Peggy Lansing was arrested on a charge of having a weapon under disability. Additional charges will be sought.

She was out on bond from previous drug-related offenses.
