A Circleville man was indiced by Friday's session of the Ross Couty Grand Jury.
38 year old David A. Jones is facing four felony county after being indicted on two charges of having a weapon while under disability and two counts of receiving stolen property, The charges stem from an incident July 20th in Ross County
If found guilty on all charges, Jones could face up to nine years in prison and $30,000 in fines.
The indictment was one of 14 returned from Friday's Ross County Grand Jury session, but hte only open case
