Katy Perry is reportedly having "a lot of fun" amid her new romance with Justin Trudeau.
A source told People on Wednesday (November 19) that even though the "Woman's World" musician and the former Canadian prime minister each have busy schedules, they are reportedly seeing each other "when they can."
"Justin keeps making a big effort to see her and she's excited about it," the source said, adding that the "bandaids" singer "has a lot of fun with him" and "its exactly what she needs right now."
Perry has been busy on the road for her Lifetimes Tour, but Trudeau seemingly made sure to celebrate his girlfriend by showing up in time for her 41st birthday last month as TMZ reported at the time they were spotted together at a cabaret show in Paris, their first public outing.
Perry and Trudeau first sparked romance rumors after they were seen dining together in Montreal in July following news that she had parted ways from her ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom. In October, an insider told People that Perry is "in a great place" and "flattered" that Trudeau has shown that he "really cares about spending time with her."
Perry and Bloom split this summer after around eight years of dating but seem to be on friendly terms as they co-parent 5-year-old daughter Daisy Dove. Trudeau split from his estranged wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage and three kids together.
