Nectarine has been hanging out in the shelter a little longer than he'd like to. He arrived about a month ago alongside Mango, and he is also about 100 pounds of pure dog.
Nectarine is 7. He is very friendly, and has done well with other dogs here. Like Mango, he also tested positive for Lyme disease when he arrived. but has since completed his treatment.
Both boys have a few lumps and bumps that will be addressed during their neuter appointments, but otherwise they're healthy, happy, and very ready for homes of their own.
As for breed? The shelter staff still doesn't know. Lab mix? Maybe. Great Dane mix? Possibly. Small horse? Anything is possible.
He's a sweet, large, loveable boy who is getting overlooked. Stop by and meet Nectarine! He's running out of patience with shelter life, and honestly, who can blame him?
Adoption fees for both Nectarine and Mango are sponsored for an appropriate family, together or individually.
